Aboro Felicitates With Olu Ilaro On Annual Oronna Festival, Supplicates For More Prosperous Yewa Land


The Aboro of Ibese, Yewa North Local Government, His Royal Majesty, Alayeluwa Oba Oluwarotimi Oluseyi Mulero, Ilufemiloba Olokojobi III, has felicitated with the Olu of Ilaro, Paramount Ruler of Yewa Land and President, Yewa Traditional Council, His Royal Majesty, Oba Kehinde Gbadewole Olugbenle, Asade Agunloye IV, MFR, FNIM, FNIVS, RSV. and the good people of Ilaro, Yewa Land over the commemoration of year 2022 edition of the annual Oronna Festival.


In a statement by Ogbeni Ajibode Abd'kabir Olawale , the convener of Irorun De Si Ibese Forum, the Aboro of Ibese described the annual ORONNA FESTIVAL  as a noble means of showcasing the beauty of the Culture and Traditions embedded in the people of Ilaro and the entire Yewa people, Kabiesi added that the festival is one of a kind that has been a point of unification for the people of Yewa Land to come together to further strengthen the bond that bind us together as a formidable clan which has been helpful in our collective growth and development across our land.


"Kabiyesi, you have been piloting the affairs of the traditional institution of Yewa land excellently from the throne of the ancient Kingdom of Ilaro and as Aboro of Ibese I am proud and confident to see the progress your reign keep bringing to the people of Ilaro, Yewa Land, Ogun State and Nigeria in general.


"On this great occasion of Oronna Festival, on behalf of myself, my Olori, Aboro-in-council and all the people of Ibese land, I wish you a healthy long reign on the throne of your forefathers filled with prosperity, asking you to continue in your relentless efforts of serving humanity. 


"Kabiesi Alayeluwa, kindly accept the assurance of our esteemed regards, sportsmanship and loyalty as you witness many of this joyous occasion that comes with abundant blessings, progress and development to Yewa Land." The statement concludes.
