2023 Gubernatorial Elections: Aboro of Ibese Charges Electorates To Consider Development And Competence While Voting
The Aboro of Ibese land, His Royal Majesty, Oba Rotimi Oluseyi Mulero, Ilufemiloba Olokojobi III, has once again charged all indigenes and residents of Ibese, Yewa North, Ogun State and it's environs to ensure to consider prioritizing the growth and development of the State while discharging their civic responsibility at the gubernatorial elections scheduled to hold on Saturday, 18th of March, 2023.
Alayeluwa made this clarion call in his Royal message to all citizens/electorates in Ibese Land, Ogun State and Nigeria at large, ahead of the Governorship and State House of Assembly elections.
Oba Rotimi Mulero urges all electorates to once again troop out in mass as they did for the Presidential and National Assembly Elections that favourably pronounced the All Progressives Congress - APC Candidates such as; Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the President-Elect, our most distinguished Aremo of Yewa Land, Senator Solomon Adeola Olamilekan (YAYI) as the Ogun West Senator-Elect, and the MHR-Elect Prince Gboyega Nasir Isiaka (GNI), as they vote for their choice of most competent and experienced candidate in a peaceful and most appropriate manner in line with the dictates of the law.
Oba Rotimi Mulero in his words reiterated by saying again that "As we prepare to make good use of our Permanent Voters Card (PVC), we must endeavor to note that beloved Gateway State belongs to everyone of us and regardless of the outcome of the Elections, we must always have it in mind that the utmost importance of every election is to determine a winner according to the choice of the people and the will of the Almighty God."
"Hence, I urge each and everyone of us to do with all sorts of electoral violence and manipulations at the polls and shun been used as tools for disrupting the peaceful conduct of the elections."
"I also have confidence that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and all relevant Security Agencies in their part will do everything humanly possible to ensure a peaceful, free and fair elections." Kabiesi added.
In the same vein, Kabiesi concluded by wishing all political parties and their supporters good luck in the polls and prayed that may the best candidate who will take the interest of our people and the greatness of our beloved Ogun State and the nation at large as top priority emerge.
