​Adokun Igan Okoto Set To Mark 19th Coronation Anniversary On 1st May, 2023

The highly revered Adokun of Igan Okoto, Yewa Land, has declared to host 19th year of quality reign on the ancient throne of Igan Okoto, Yewa Land, Ogun State. The event which is scheduled to hold on the 1st of May, 2023 at the Palace of Adokun.

The revered monarch who made this official announcement through the office of Media and Publicity from the Palace of Adokun of Igan Òkòtó Land, is inviting the general public and well wisher to a special occasion of prayers in commemoration of his accession to the throne of his forefathers.

In his Royal message, Oba Dr. Mukaila Salako, Olukuewu II, opined that "In whatever we do, we must always be grateful and prayerful to the Almighty King of kings whom in his infinite mercy has crowned us to lead our people to the promise land, and in whatever we do, we must never forget the fact that we are being watched and we cannot afford to let our people down, especially those looking up to us for quality leadership." 

Alayeluwa further described the 19th years of his reign as the goodness of God Almighty, explaining that the moments therein were not without challenges which were defeated through love and support of his subjects."

The event of which promise to feature series of prayer sessions from Traditional worshipers, Christian and Muslim faithfuls across the nooks and crannies of the land.
