Aboro Ibese Coronation & One Year Anniversary: CPC Chairman Unveil Schedule of Events

ABORO IBESE ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY & CORONATION: CENTRAL PLANNING COMMITTEE UNVEIL SCHEDULE OF EVENTS


As plans get underway for the double celebration in commemoration of the One (1) Year Anniversary and Grand Coronation of our highly revered Royal father, His Royal Majesty, Alayeluwa Oba Rotimi Oluseyi Mulero, Ilufemiloba Olokojobi III, The Aboro of Ibese Land.


In preparation ahead of the two auspicious occasions, the Coronation Central Planning Committee (CPC) have announced to the general public, the schedule of events that have been put together by the committee under the Chairmanship of Rt. Hon. Prince Suraj Adekunbi, the Speaker Ogun State House of Assembly (2011-2019).


The Chairman of the Committee while addressing the press, gave in details the series of events lined up for the Coronation and One Year Anniversary of our beloved  Royal father and custodian of culture and traditions of Ibese Land.


The scheduled activities will begin on Friday 28th July, 2023 with a Special Jummat Prayer at Ibese Central Mosque, Ibese.


While other events slated for the auspicious occasion are as follows;


Saturday July 29th 2023 - Environmental Sanitation Across the town


Sunday July 30th 2023 - Paying of Homage to Kabiesi by Royal Families, Chiefs, Baales and Associations/Clubs


Monday July 31st 2023 - Cultural Day/Visit to Oju Asakanran and other Cultural Centers


Tuesday August 1st 2023 - Sports Day


Wednesday August 2nd 2023 - Aboro Ibese Foundation Empowerment Program


Thursday August 3rd 2023 - Installation of Chiefs 


Friday August 4th 2023 - Grand Finale/Main Day at Asakanran Grammar Sch. Field

MC. - Baba Kofosi, Saheed Alagbe, Makinde Fasunle, Joke Somoye (Ewaede).


Saturday August 5th 2023 - Youths Day/After Party


Sunday August 6th 2023 - Thanksgiving Service At African Church, Ibese.


The Chairman of the Committee therefore used the opportunity to also announce to all indigenes, residents and friends of Ibese Land on the availability of Ankara and Fila/Gele (Aso-ebi) at affordable rate of N6,000 for 6yards and N2,000 for Fila, he further reiterated on the utmost readiness of all members of tte Central Planning Committee to work as a team in ensuring to plan a well coordinated and historical event that will always be reckoned.
