Eid Al-Adha: Aboro Ibese Urges For More Prayers And Sacrifices For Nigeria's Success As Muslims Celebrate
Our highly revered Royal father; His Royal Majesty, Alayeluwa Oba Rotimi Oluseyi Mulero, Arole Asakanran, Olokojobi III, the Aboro of Ibese Land, has join Muslim faithfuls in Ibese Land, Ogun State and from across the globe in the celebration of Eid Al-Adha festivities.
His Majesty in his Royal Statement made available to the public through the Directorate of Media and Public Affairs, used the opportunity of the joyous occasion to call on all Muslim faithfuls in Ibese Land and all Nigerians, to ensure to use the happy mood that comes with the festivities to pray fervently for more prosperity, greatness, peace and success of our country while also urging them all to see their respective self sacrifices as a means of contributing and complimenting Government's efforts in Nation building.
Oba Rotimi Mulero in his words opined that "In the midst of a world filled with diversity and rich cultural traditions, one occasion shines brightly, inviting people of all backgrounds to come together in a shared spirit of joy and gratitude. It is the sacred festival of Eid al-Adha, a time when hearts are uplifted, and souls are nourished by acts of devotion, unity, and generosity."
"It is a time of joy and feasting, where loved ones exchange gifts and share meals, creating lasting memories and cherishing the warmth of familial love. As children receive new clothes and elders share tales of faith and resilience, the festival nurtures a sense of cultural identity and heritage, bridging generational gaps and reinforcing the importance of traditions."
Kabiesi then concluded with supplications that "It is on this note that we celebrate and supplicate that may this day bring joy, peace and blessings to all and may we live to celebrate many of this great occasion in sound health. Aku Odun o, odun ayabo fun gbogbo wa oo."
